Τranslation Services will be available on your mobile devices via Evenly’s AI-powered, real-time subtitles and translations in the following 10 languages: Greek, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Turkish, Russian. The service will be accessible across all sessions and in every conference hall, both indoors and outdoors.

Look for the special QR code to scan on the back of your name badge or click on the following link https://events.evenly.care/defxi to access the service; no need to download or install an app. Please use your own personal earphones for audio use.
Please note that conventional translation services will be available only on Wednesday, April 22, and exclusively in Leto Hall, where the plenary sessions will take place. Headsets will be provided at the entrance of the hall for those requiring interpretation and the available languages will be Greek and English.

All Forum registration will take place at the Amalia Hotel.
Participants are required to present their e-ticket along with an ID or passport, at the registration desk in order to obtain their name badge.
This badge must be worn at all times for venue access and re-entry.

Coffee will be provided for all attendees. Coffee and beverages are not allowed inside the conference Halls.

Dress code is business casual.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  As parking is limited, we encourage you to use our provided transportation services. Timetables are mentioned in the relevant section.

Medical personnel and an ambulance will be on-site at the conference venue throughout the entire Forum.

Live streaming will be provided through www.delphiforum.gr and for most sessions.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Forum’s venues.

Please do not leave any bags, packages, or other personal belongings unattended at any time. Our technical and security teams frequently adjust the hall setups and unattended items will be removed.
