Athina is Head of Advisors & Consulting Services for Central and Eastern Europe at Mastercard, with extensive experience in strategic consulting. She has worked with leading firms such as McKinsey, BCG, and Oliver Wyman, and specializes in strategy, operating model redesign and digital transformation, with a focus on the financial services and payments sectors. She began her career in Geneva in private banking, working in credit-related roles at JPMorgan and HSBC. She holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), as well as a diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
