George Polites is Chief Executive Officer of Euroxx Securities with over 27 years of experience in financial and capital markets and has played a privotal role in bringing most major International Insitutional Investors to Greece. Prior to Euroxx George worked as an Equity analyst at Eurosec and has held executive positions at Sigma Securities and P&K Securities where as a member of the executive teams has provided brokerage advisory and corporate finance services to the majority of global institutional clients as well as to most major Greek corporate firms. George's broad and profound experience in investment banking transactions, both ECM and DCM has been privotal in bridging local capital needs with the international financial community. Major transactions include banks' recapitalizations and an array of the largest major corporate bonds in Greece. Having joined Euroxx in 2008, Euroxx transformed from niche financial services company into the leading Independent Financial services company in Greece. George has served on the BoD of Hellenic Technodomiki Anemos (RES of Ellaktor SA), the BoD of the Hellenic Energy Exchange and the BoD of the Hellenic Energy Clearing House. Finally, George is a member of the Steering Committee of the Athex Group . He holds a BSc in Economics & Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
