Marcel Cobuz is Chair of the Group Executive Committee and Executive Director of TITAN (Euronext Brussels, Euronext Paris, ATHEX: TITC) and Chairman of the Board of Titan America (NYSE: TTAM), listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2025. He leads a 124-year-old international construction materials group operating across more than 25 markets on four continents, with leading positions in Greece, Southeast Europe and the US East Coast.
Prior to TITAN, he served as Europe Region Head at Holcim, building a 25-year international career. He serves on the Board of the Global Cement and Concrete Association.
TITAN has been cited by Harvard Business Review and Citi Research as one of the most advanced AI adopters in the global industry and named by TIME among the World’s Most Sustainable Companies and by the Financial Times among Europe’s Climate Leaders for two consecutive years.
