Aimilios Perdikaris

Aimilios Perdikaris is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in journalism, communications and public affairs across printed, electronic and online media, as well as in various public institutions and private organizations in Greece. From January 2021 to February 2026, he served as Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Athens/Macedonian News Agency (AMNA), where he previously worked as a senior political correspondent. He is currently a member of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA) board, as well as a member of the Association of Balkan and SE Europe News Agencies (ABNA-SE), where he previously served as President. Leading his team at AMNA, they organized several international meetings in Greece, such as the MINDS Conference with more than 100 participants from the 27 most influential news agencies worldwide. He studied Law and holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication and New Media. He also specialized in Electoral Sociology as a PhD candidate. He speaks English and German fluently and also knows a little Italian and Turkish.
