Pavel Khodorkovskiy is a non-profit executive specializing in U.S.-Russia relations, policy analysis, and humanitarian aid. He currently serves as President of the Khodorkovsky Foundation US, supporting education and civil society initiatives, and leads U.S. operations for New Eurasian Strategies Centre (NEST), a think tank focused on Russia’s long-term development. Since 2022, he has directed Project Sunrise, delivering medical supplies and aid to frontline communities in Eastern Ukraine. Previously, he was President of the Institute of Modern Russia and co-founder and CTO of the tech company Enertiv.
