Mindaugas Sinkevičius is Acting Chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Lithuania and former Minister of Economy (2016–2017). He currently serves as Mayor of Jonava, one of Lithuania’s principal industrial regions. Holding a PhD, he brings a strong academic background together with extensive experience in national and local governance.
