Georgios Rekas is a senior legal professional with extensive experience in Real Estate, Banking and Financial Law, advising financial institutions and investors on complex regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. He is regularly involved in high-value and large-scale real estate related transactions, providing strategic legal guidance across the full lifecycle of projects. Prior to joining Sioufas and Associates Law Firm, he served as Supervisor of the Legal Department at Alpha Leasing, where he also acted as Secretary to the Board of Directors and Deputy Compliance Officer.
He has developed substantial expertise in real estate transactions, advising on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions, disposals, and asset management projects. He provides end-to-end legal support, including legal due diligence, title review, risk assessment, and contract negotiation, often in the context of NPL portfolios and secured lending structures.
