Thomas Gerakis (MSc in Sociology, Methods and Techniques of Public Opinion Assessment) is the founder of MARC S.A., a company specializing in Marketing Research & Opinion Polls, as well as Strategy & Communication. With 35 years of experience as a top executive in marketing research and opinion polls companies, served as research director and general director at DIMEL and later on as the vice-president and general director of KAPA RESEARCH and was responsible for planning, executing and supervising all their scientific programs. He has conducted a vast number of socio-political and commercial research programs and exit polls since 1989.
He is elected General Secretary of SEDEA (Association of Greek Marketing and Opinion Research Companies).
He is married to the journalist Sophia Tsiliyanni and has three children.
