Dinah Rabe is a specialist in AI Audit and Assurance, focusing on the technical and regulatory evaluation of high-risk AI systems. As European Market Lead for BABL AI, she oversees the classification, scoping, and socio-technical assessment of AI deployments for organizations navigating the evolving EU and UK regulatory landscapes.
Ms. Rabe’s expertise is rooted in a career spanning both technical data science and federal policy. She previously served as a Policy Officer and Data Scientist for the German Federal Government, where she was directly involved in the national implementation of the EU AI Act. Her background in high-stakes innovation includes serving on the Management Board of the
Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub, where she drove digital transformation initiatives for the German Armed Forces. Ms. Rabe holds Master’s degrees in Data Science and Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin, where she remains an External Lecturer for Executive Education. She provides the technical rigor and regulatory foresight required for organizations to develop and deploy compliant, high-stakes AI systems in a complex global market.
