Labrina Barmpetaki is the President of BoD and Managing Director of AbbVie Greece, Cyprus & Malta, a position she has since April 2023.
In May 2023, she was elected President of the Pharma Innovation Forum (PIF), in August 2023 Chair of the Pharmaceutical Committee of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce (AmChamGR) and in June 2025 she was elected First Vice President of the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (AmChamGR). Additionally, she joined the national “BrainReGain” initiative with a focus on the healthcare stream.
Labrina is an international executive, with extensive pharma, biotech and consulting experience. In her 15-year experience in AbbVie, Labrina has had roles of increasing responsibility extending to more than 20 countries and a proven track record of working in both strategy and in field operations across therapy areas in affiliate, regional and global roles. Prior to joining Abbott/AbbVie, Labrina worked in international projects of IQVIA and in Allianz Germany. She started her career in Apivita S.A. in Greece.
Labrina holds a BSc in Pharmacy from the University of Patras, an executive Master’s in Management from Athens School of Economics and Business and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Lancaster.
Η Λαμπρίνα Μπαρμπετάκη είναι Πρόεδρος και Διευθύνουσα Σύμβουλος της AbbVie Ελλάδας, Κύπρου & Μάλτας, θέση που κατέχει από τον Απρίλιο του 2023.
Τον Μάιο του 2023 εξελέγη Πρόεδρος του Pharma Innovation Forum (PIF), τον Αύγουστο του 2023 Πρόεδρος της Φαρμακευτικής Επιτροπής του Ελληνοαμερικανικού Εμπορικού Επιμελητηρίου (AmChamGR) και τον Ιούνιο του 2025 εξελέγη Α’ Αντιπρόεδρος του Ελληνοαμερικανικού Εμπορικού Επιμελητηρίου (AmChamGR). Παράλληλα, εντάχθηκε στην εθνική πρωτοβουλία «BrainReGain-Ελληνισμός Εν Δράσει» με έμφαση στον τομέα της Υγείας.
Η Λαμπρίνα Μπαρμπετάκη αποτελεί ένα στέλεχος με μεγάλη εμπειρία στον φαρμακευτικό κλάδο διεθνώς, όπως επίσης στον κλάδο της βιοτεχνολογίας και της συμβουλευτικής, με παρουσία σε περισσότερες από 20 χώρες και σε ρόλους αυξημένης ευθύνης για τη διαμόρφωση επιχειρηματικής στρατηγικής καθώς και στρατηγικής για την έρευνα και ανάπτυξη σε πολλές θεραπευτικές κατηγορίες. Πριν ενταχθεί στην Abbott/AbbVie, εργάστηκε σε διεθνή έργα της IQVIA και στην Allianz Γερμανίας. Ξεκίνησε την καριέρα της στην Apivita S.A. στην Ελλάδα.
Είναι πτυχιούχος Φαρμακευτικής από το Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών, κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού Master στη Διοίκηση από την Οικονομική Σχολή Αθηνών (ΟΠΑ) και κάτοχος MBA με εξειδίκευση στο Μάρκετινγκ από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Lancaster.
