Speaker Bio

As part of the second generation behind PeopleCert, Eleni has been involved in the organisation for decades. She is dedicated to the PeopleCert vision: to empower individuals and organisations to achieve what they are capable of. Eleni contributed to PeopleCert becoming the first unicorn of Greek origin (valuation exceeding $1 billion) and currently leads Corporate Development (Acquisitions & Investments), Product Development (ITIL®, PRINCE2®, DEVOPS INSTITUTE®), and ESG. Her background includes experience in investment banking and venture capital, with a focus on technology startups. She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the American College of Greece, an MSc in Sociology from the University of Oxford, and a certification in Corporate Finance from London Business School. She has also completed a gap year as a volunteer in Ghana and Mumbai, India. Eleni is committed to safeguarding PeopleCert’s legacy for future generations and contributing to a better world.
