Speaker Bio

Konstantinos Tsiakataras holds a degree in Statistics and Insurance Science from the University of Piraeus and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick. He is currently a Partner at diadikasia, a member of Bright Group, bringing over 25 years of consulting experience in the design, management, evaluation, monitoring, and implementation of complex projects within the public and wider public sector. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of co-funded programs, including those supported by EU Structural Funds and Community Support Frameworks. He has led numerous high-impact, multidisciplinary projects, serving as Project Director and Project Manager in technical assistance and operational program support initiatives, contributing to the effective absorption and strategic utilization of European and national funding. Mr Tsiakataras has also played a key role in administrative reform initiatives and the provision of institutional and technical expertise in Greece and internationally, with a strong focus on governance, public policy implementation, and organizational transformation. Alongside his consulting activity, he has developed substantial expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, and emerging technologies, supporting initiatives that promote business growth, digital transformation, and the adoption of advanced technological solutions. In this context, he serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), actively contributing to the advancement of entrepreneurship, innovation, and competitiveness within the Greek business ecosystem.
