Tassos Vlassopoulos is the CEO of HELLENiQ Upstream, the E&P arm of HELLENiQ ENERGY. Prior to this role, he held senior management positions with large multinationals such GE in Oil & Gas and Power Generation and has more than 35 years of international experience in E&P/midstream (with Amoco and Texaco), energy, management consulting (where he led Oil & Gas research for BCG), M&A and product management. He has also held a non-Exec Board position with PPC. He started his career as a Research Officer at the London Business School, where he co-authored a book and academic articles on industrial and business strategy. He holds a MSc in Operational Research from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Piraeus.
