Lila Pateraki has over 30 years of investment, development, asset and project management experience both in Greece and internationally. Prior to joining doValue Greece Ms. Pateraki worked in Zeus Capital Management as CIO responsible for investment and asset management of all company’s investments in Europe, in Lamda Development Group, J&P Development and Turner Construction Corporation (in the US). She carries a vast experience in all phases of real estate, having been involved in some of the largest, high profile development and investments projects in the commercial, residential, industrial, tourism and marinas sector in Greece, U.S.A. U.A.E. South East and Central East Europe. Ms Pateraki joined doValue in April 2020 as the Chief Real Estate Services Officer and she is responsible for the RE and REO management of the assets on the portfolios doValue manages in Greece. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and an MS in Civil Engineering from the national Polytechnic in Athens.
