Gillian Lynch is the Head of Europe and UK at Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, where she leads the company’s strategic expansion, regulatory engagement, and operations across European markets. She brings over two decades of leadership experience across fintech, digital assets, and traditional banking. Before joining Binance, Gillian served as CEO of Europe at Gemini, where she launched and scaled the company’s regional operations and secured major regulatory milestones, including VASP registration and EMI authorization. She previously held senior executive roles at Bank of Ireland for more than 15 years and later served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Leveris, a next-generation Banking-as-a-Service platform. With deep expertise in regulation, financial infrastructure and crypto innovation, Gillian Lynch plays a key role in shaping the future of compliant and sustainable digital-asset growth across Europe.
