Pantelis Spagis is the Co-Founder & CEO of Scoopterra, a Greek technology company developing a next-generation location intelligence platform that supports data-driven decision-making for businesses, real estate stakeholders, and financial institutions. His work focuses on improving how capital is allocated in the physical economy, enabling organizations to evaluate, select, and optimize locations through structured, multi-criteria analysis. Through Scoopterra, he advocates for broader access to high-quality data and analytics, aiming to strengthen business competitiveness and reduce investment risk, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises. Pantelis brings a multidisciplinary background spanning sustainability, strategy, and business development. He has held leadership roles in the aviation sector, including serving as Head of Sustainability at SKY express, where he worked on data-driven optimization initiatives, and has been involved in consulting and advisory work at the intersection of ESG, innovation, and public policy. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Athens University of Economics and Business, and has conducted doctoral research at the IIT Institute of Design on how data and digital systems are redefining decision-making in public policy.
