Lieutenant-General (retired) Stuart Beare is Strategic Advisor within Accenture's Health and Public Service practice in Canada - and is a leader within Accenture’s Global Defence Council. He serves at the intersection of Industry, Accenture, and Government and Defence institutions to deliver capabilities in support of National Security and Defence to Canada and Canadians as well as in support of our Western Military and Defence Partners. He brings professional experience, institutional knowledge, and understanding of Defence to Accenture leadership, business development, and delivery teams. He engages with our clients and partners to share insights into how to expose institutional and operational challenges and opportunities, and how new ways of performing across the business of Defence can be realized – from the tactical edge to the coalition, alliance and national levels. He coaches and assists Accenture and clients to power change - and empower the best each have to bring to transform the ways they work – and what they achieve. With 36 years of operational, institutional, and enterprise experience – Stuart is enabling us to better understand and bring value to a whole range of Defence business and mission functions - including interoperatibility and integration, operations, intelligence, Cyber, Health, HR management, and Supply Chain.
