Speaker Bio

Theo Giatrakos is a Managing Director in the Strategic Investors Group within J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division, based in London. He joined J.P. Morgan in August 2025 and has been in the industry for 21 years, having started at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 2004, followed by Deutsche Bank, always based in London. ​ Prior to JP Morgan, Theo spent 14 years at Citi in London, where he held several senior roles including Head of Central and South East Europe Investment Banking and, most recently Head of EMEA Financial Sponsors Investment Banking since 2021. In 2016, Theo was recognised by Financial News in the 40-Under-40 Investment Banking Annual List.​ Theo holds a MSc (Distinction) Finance from Imperial College London and a BSc (Hons) Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science.​
