He began his career in 1987 at Mobil Oil Hellas as a Strategic Planning Analyst and continued at Mobil Oil International, taking on roles in the supply and trading sectors in London and Madrid. In 1997, he joined BP International in Brussels, where he participated in the company's European restructuring. Returning to Greece in 2000, he became General Manager of Commercial Sales at BP Greece, a position he held until 2002, before continuing in BP's European supply chain until 2007. From 2007 to 2021, he worked at the Copelouzos Group, initially as New Projects Manager and Gas Sales Commercial Manager, and later as the Group Energy Director in the Natural Gas sector. Since January 2022, following the Final Investment Decision for the Alexandroupolis LNG Terminal Project, he has been serving as Vice President and Managing Director of Gastrade S.A.
