Melina Paizi is Managing Director of LAMDA Malls S.A., with overall responsibility for the strategy, development and operations of the Group’s portfolio of retail destinations. She oversees four operating shopping centres (Golden Hall, The Mall Athens, Mediterranean Cosmos and Designer Outlet Athens), as well as the development of the new retail destinations – The Ellinikon Mall and Riviera Galleria – alongside the Metropolitan Park, the Culture sector and the Hospitality projects within The Ellinikon. During her tenure at LAMDA Development, she has led the design and implementation of strategic landmark projects, including The Ellinikon Experience Centre, The Ellinikon Experience Park and Athens Olympic Museum. With over 25 years of experience in product development, marketing, corporate communications and retail center management, Ms. Paizi has held senior leadership positions in leading multinational groups, including L’Oréal, The Coca-Cola Company, Philip Morris International, Toyota and McArthurGlen Group, in Greece and Italy. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
