Lida Malikentzou is the ESG & Communications Manager at Loulis Food Ingredients, where she has been working since 2005, holding roles of increasing responsibility across Human Resources, Management Support, and Corporate Responsibility. She holds a BSc in Business Administration (Management & Organizational Behavior) from the American College of Greece – DEREE College and an MA in Human Resources Management (with Merit) from the University of Westminster. She has also completed a Mini MBA at the University of London – London School of Economics & Political Science. With extensive experience in ESG strategy and corporate communications, she has overseen the development of 9 Sustainability Reports aligned with international standards and has actively contributed to conferences and company presentations related to sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives.
