Speaker Bio

Philippa Michali is Chairwoman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NN Hellas since April 2023. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and chairs the Inclusion & Equality Committee. At the same time, she is a member of the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies and Chairwoman of the Life & Pensions Committee. Since January 2025, she is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. She serves as an independent member on the Board of Directors of the listed company Quest Holdings, of the non-profit organization ALBA Executive Development & Applied Research in Business Administration, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Hellenic-Dutch Association of Commerce & Industry (HEDA). Before joining the NN Group, Philippa worked in the financial sector for more than 25 years in various roles, both in asset management and private insurance, including eight years as CEO of a multinational insurance company. She holds a degree in Banking & Financial Management from the University of Piraeus, as well as an MBA from the ALBA Graduate Business School. She is the mother of twin boys.
