Adam Provatas is a journalist and author. He was born in Athens. 1999–2022: Hosted daily radio programs (ERA 101.8, VIMA FM 99.5, Athens Voice 102.5, ERT). 2018–2022: Presenter and editor of the television interview program “Axion Dialogou” (Action 24). 2023–2025: Co-host of the program Newsroom (ERTnews). 2024–present: Presenter and editor of the interview program “SynTHESIS” (ERTnews). He has conducted more than 600 interviews with Greek and international scientists, academics, politicians, writers, and artists (To Vima, VIMAgazino, and Athens Voice). Among them: Stephen Hawking, Dario Fo, Noam Chomsky, Richard Dawkins, Yuval Noah Harari, Irvin Yalom, John Cleese, Carlos Fuentes, Patti Smith, John Malkovich, Garry Kasparov, and Mikhail Baryshnikov. He has co-authored 15 books based on in-depth conversations with: theoretical physicist Dimitris Nanopoulos. Ηistorians: Hélène Ahrweiler , and Maria Efthymiou.. Archbishop Anastasios of Albania.
