Charlotte Foucteau has been Chief Executive Officer of TP Greece since 2022 and holds regional leadership responsibility across Central & Eastern Europe and the Baltics, overseeing strategic development and operations in Greece, Romania, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine. She leads an organization of more than 12,000 employees, positioning Greece as a strategic hub for the delivery of advanced digital and AI-enabled services that combine technology with human expertise to create measurable business value. With extensive experience in operations and digital transformation, she has played a key role in evolving TP Greece into a strategic partner for global organizations, delivering complex, large-scale projects in a multinational environment. She actively contributes to the public dialogue on the future of work, the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, and the role of human oversight in the age of autonomous systems, while also promoting greater representation of women in leadership.
