Mr. Iakovos Giannaklis holds the position of Deputy CEO, Retail and Digital Banking at Eurobank. He is Member of the Executive Board and the Strategic Planning Committee. He is also the Vice-President in the Board of Directors of Worldline Merchant Acquiring Greece S.A. He has served as Eurobank Head of Retail Banking (2016-2023), Head of Branch Network (2014-2016), Head of Branch Network Commercial Development (2014), and Head of Branch Network Sector (2009-2014). In the past, Mr. Giannaklis held BoD positions in various entities of Eurobank Group and in the BoDs of Eurolife FFH Group Holdings companies. Mr Giannaklis also served as Group Deputy General Manager, Retail and Digital, Growth and Transformation in Bank Muscat, Oman (2023). He holds an MBA from the University of Indianapolis, USA and a BA in Business Administration, from the City University of Seattle, USA.
