Speaker Bio

Mirka Nemfakou joined the National Bank of Greece in 2025 as Group Chief Human Resources Officer. She has more than 20 years of international experience in Human Resources, having led large-scale transformation, organizational effectiveness and cultural evolution initiatives across complex and highly regulated environments. Before joining NBG, she held senior HR leadership roles at adidas, most recently as Senior Director Human Resources Europe Retail &Franchise and Central Europe Marketplace. She previously held positions with Coca-Cola HBC, KPMG, and Avon Cosmetics. Mirka holds an MSc in Human Resources Management &Employment Relations from Brunel University London and a BSc in Economics from the American College of Greece.
