Nikos Fligos is Chief Executive Officer of Stoiximan since July 2025, continuing the leadership trajectory he began in November 2024 as Managing Director. Key milestones in his tenure include the operational autonomy of Stoiximan and the implementation of a new management structure, aimed at consolidating the company’s leading position in Greece and Cyprus, as well as driving further growth. Since 2022, he served as Commercial Director at Kaizen Gaming, overseeing operations across five markets. With over 20 years of experience in senior management roles, he has shaped growth strategies and commercial excellence, serving as Director of Commercial Operations at Papastratos S.A., as well as holding leadership positions in international organizations such as Coca-Cola HBC and Diageo PLC.
