Vardis Vardinogiannis is a founder and operator based between the UK and Greece, focused on building and scaling ventures in gaming and digital ecosystems. He is the founder of Couch Heroes, where he leads fundraising, partnerships, and overall studio and platform development. His work sits heavily on the commercial side, spanning investor relations, dealmaking, and building the right network around the business to support long term growth. He is actively involved in raising capital, forming strategic partnerships, and positioning the company within a rapidly evolving global gaming landscape. Vardis spends much of his time connecting people, opening doors, and aligning the right stakeholders across investors, partners, and talent. Alongside this, he is building out the studio and broader ecosystem around the product, with a focus on scale, distribution, and long term value.
