Speaker Bio

Thanos is a lawyer and policy entrepreneur working at the intersection of law, governance and global advocacy. He currently serves as Legal Advisor to the Hellenic Parliament and as Ambassador of the European Climate Pact, appointed by the European Commission. He is President of the Youth Committee for the Reunification of the Parthenon Marbles - Remarble Greece, leading a global youth movement advocating for cultural justice and the reunification of one of the world’s most symbolic heritage cases. As Founder & Executive Director of WeSolve, he leads a next-generation think tank advancing policy innovation and empowering Gen Z to shape solutions to complex global challenges. He has gained international experience at the Permanent Mission of Greece to the United Nations in New York and the Embassy of Greece in France, as well as in a top-tier law firm, developing a multidisciplinary approach to public affairs and international relations. Thanos graduated with First Class Honours from the Faculty of Law at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an LL.M. in Maritime Law, awarded with a full scholarship by the Hellenic Shortsea Shipowners Association.
