Ioannis Bitzis is a Partner at EY-Parthenon in Greece, where he leads Transformative Strategy and value creation across Government & Infrastructure and other priority sectors, including transport, public real estate, healthcare and life sciences, TMT, and sustainability-led transformation. With more than 28 years of international experience across Europe, Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region, he advises governments, sovereign wealth funds, state-owned organizations, C-suite executives and business leaders on complex growth, capital investment and transformation agendas. His recent focus includes social and affordable housing, the green transition in shipping, rail infrastructure development, the strategic development of defense-related state-owned organizations, the strategy and execution of major capital projects, public real estate development, and healthcare and life sciences. He and the teams he leads bring strong capabilities in Transformative Strategy, Inorganic Growth, Value Creation, Sustainable Transition and strategic AI deployment.
