Speaker Bio

Panagiotis Stampoulidis is Deputy CEO, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Head of the independent unit Project Preparation Facility (PPF) of Growthfund - the National Fund of Greece. In parallel, he oversees the Group’s internal operations. Under his leadership, the PPF prepares and tenders critical projects of national strategic importance with strong developmental and social impact. The Unit’s portfolio includes more than 80 strategic projects with a total budget exceeding €10 billion, with particular emphasis on the efficient and timely implementation of investments under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). He is also responsible for the development of key State assets included in Growthfund’s portfolio, such as regional airports, ports, marinas and real estate assets, contributing to the attraction of sustainable investments, the creation of long-term value and the strengthening of the competitiveness of the Greek economy.
