Yannis Melandinos is the Founder and CEO of Forms, an AI-native commercial insurance brokerage platform reimagining commercial insurance distribution. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and previously worked at McKinsey & Company's venture building practice, where he designed, built, and launched new AI-powered ventures for banks, insurers, and energy companies. He holds a BSc in Finance from the University of Macedonia. A native of Thessaloniki, Yannis is a scholar of the Onassis Foundation and the Union of Greek Shipowners. His work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, financial services, entrepreneurship, and European technological sovereignty.
