Konstantinos Kazas, CPA, FCCA is the Advisory Leader in Grant Thornton Greece, a team comprising of more than 500 dedicated executives. He is a regular member of the European Banking Group, with more than 15 years of professional experience in advisory and assurance services. As part of his career with Grant Thornton, Konstantinos has developed a diversified experience in major consulting projects. Konstantinos has successfully led consulting teams in major strategic advisory projects, Mergers & Acquisitions, operational transformations, business consulting & new financings, as well as audits of large listed entities and regulatory audits in banks. Konstantinos' unique experience in the Financial industries services is coupled by extensive experience in sectors such as Energy, Telco, Energy & Heavy Industry. Furthermore, Konstantinos is responsible for the expansion of the advisory services in relation to new funding initiatives focusing on the National Recovery & Resilience Plan. Finally, Konstantinos was one of the limited authors of the IFRS book published by Grant Thornton Greece. Professional Qualifications and Memberships: 1. Konstantinos is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece, he holds the ACCA professional qualification, and a Bachelor in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
