Speaker Bio

Sanja Bozhinovska is the Minister for Energy, Mining, and Mineral Resources in the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, serving at the position since June, 2024. She completed her bachelor’s degree for Business Administration at the Anglo-American University of Prague, and completing her Master’s degree at the University of Groningen in International Business. She comes from a professional background in the field of energy, working in large multinational companies all over Europe for more than 10 years, focusing on energy investments, cross-border training and regional strategies, strategic planning for emerging energy markets, and serving as an independent energy consultant for the past 6 years. Since early 2024 she serves in the executive committee of VMRO-DPMNE, the largest political party in the Republic of North Macedonia.
