Theodore Rakintzis heads KG Law Firm’s Private Wealth practice and co-heads the firm’s Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practices. He advises on cross-border transactions, international investment, capital markets matters, complex financing structures and high-value M&A projects, with particular focus on the hospitality and real estate sectors. Theodore has acted as lead partner in landmark transactions, including the relisting of Coca-Cola Hellenic on the London Stock Exchange and the relocation of its seat from Athens to Switzerland, the relisting of Titan Group on Euronext Brussels and Paris with a secondary listing on ATHEX, as well as the recent strategic investment of Bally’s Corporation in Intralot. He also advises family offices, shipping groups and high-net-worth individuals on wealth structuring, inheritance and succession planning, and provides pro bono advice to prominent domestic and international non-profit organizations and NGOs. Theodore is consistently ranked in leading international legal directories, including Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and IFLR1000.
