Speaker Bio

Spyros Blavoukos is a Professor at the Department of International and European Economic Studies, at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and Head of the ‘Ariane Condellis’ European Programme at the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP). He was the Director of the Jean Monnet Network on EU-UN Relations (EUN-NET) with research and publications that focus on the EU foreign and security policy and more specifically on the EU international interactions with other international and regional organizations, most notably the UN.
