Michael Georgakopoulos is the Founder & CEO of SATORI, a multi-award-winning AI scale-up in Southern Europe focused on one outcome: helping organisations make better decisions faster, through data and AI. Michael is recognized for turning AI ambition into real-world execution. He has led hundreds of enterprise-grade AI and GenAI solutions into production across Energy, Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail & CPG and the Public Sector, covering everything from productivity and process optimisation to forecasting and customer experience. Today, he works with executive teams to build AI strategies, operating models and roadmaps with clear, measurable ROI, and advises top-tier VCs on AI opportunities and value creation. Prior to SATORI, Michael spent more than a decade in Europe and Australasia as a data scientist and strategy advisor, delivering digital twin and optimisation programmes for Defence, Healthcare and Energy. He holds distinctions in Economics and an MSc in Operational Research from the London School of Economics.
