David Wheeldon leads YouTube's Government Affairs and Public Policy team for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to YouTube, David was Group Policy and Public Affairs Director for Sky, overseeing a team responsible for public policy across Sky's European markets. He has also served in a similar role at the London Stock Exchange Group, has been a partner in a leading European strategic communications advisory firm, a political aide and education policy adviser in Westminster, and a university administrator.
