After a long career as an executive in large corporations, in 2007 she founded People for Business, a company providing human resources solutions and specializing in corporate transformation, premium selection, assessment centers and executive development. In 2024, she went on to establish We R to include People for Business, N2Growth Greece, and Extra Mile. Within this framework and alongside her role as CEO of We R, she also serves as Managing Partner of N2Growth Greece — a firm ranked among America’s Best Executive Recruiting Companies and present in over 50 countries - offering specialized services in Board Member and C-Suite Executive Search. Since January 2022, she has also served as Advisor to the Special Secretariat for Foresight at the Presidency of the Government, while in 2024, she was elected to the Board of Directors of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She has also extensive experience as a Board Member and Chair of Board Committees. Rebecca has been awarded as Best Young Entrepreneur for Greece in 2012, participated in the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) by the State Dept. USA, in 2014 and included in the list of Most Powerful Women for Greece since 2017.
