Speaker Bio

Krister Andersson is Senior Advisor to International Chamber of Commerce, Sweden (ICC). He was head of the Tax Policy Department of Confederation of Swedish Enterprise 1999-2016 and he chaired the Tax Policy Group of BusinessEurope for seventeen years. He has served as Chief economist of the Riksbank, the Swedish Central Bank. He has also served as vice chairman for Tax Policy in the Business Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC-Business at OECD) as well as vice chair for ICC Tax Commission in Paris. Mr. Andersson is associate professor in Economics at Lund University, Sweden. Between 2013-2019 he was a member of the Permanent Scientific Committee (PSC) of the International Fiscal Association, IFA, with some 14,000 members world-wide from governments, academia and businesses.
