Victoria holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Biochemistry and Microbiology from King’s College London. She started her career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Rockefeller University in New York and had affiliations with the University of Athens Medical School and the University of Patras Engineering and Neuroscience Departments as a Research Fellow, while making a career shift to business. She has been active in the Technology Industry for more than 20+ years, most of which with Microsoft in regional leadership roles across strategy, technology, and sales. She has served on the University of Cambridge Alumni Advisory Board from 2012-2023 and since 2018 has been an Honorary Fellow of the Cambridge Judge Business School shaping the 'Women in Tech' Initiative of the Wo+Men's Leadership Centre, supporting innovators through the Ignite Program, and University spin-out companies such as RegGenome, Prodromic, and Avatrial, on product and business strategy. Since Jan 2025, she is an Associate Partner and a Member of the Board of Directors of Bioinnovation Greece. She is a Co-Founder and CEO of Biomet.life Ltd, a company empowering decision-makers to develop effective and auditable nature-positive strategies.
