Julia Tsetis is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Tseti Pharmaceutical Group of Companies (OFET), which encompasses the pharmaceutical companies UNI-PHARMA and InterMed, the medicinal plant extraction unit UNIHERBO, as well as the trading company Pharmabelle in Cyprus. UNI-PHARMA holds the leading position in sales volume among exclusively Greek pharmaceutical companies in the domestic market.

A pharmacist by training, she holds an MSc in Biosciences and has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the Faculty of Pharmacy of both the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the University of Patras, in recognition of her contribution to science, innovation, and pharmaceutical entrepreneurship.

She has led the Tsetis Group as President and CEO. Today, the Group employs more than 700 people, operates state-of-the-art facilities in Kifisia, and exports to 75 countries worldwide. Committed to fostering scientific excellence and reversing brain drain, Julia Tsetis founded the non-profit civil company “KLEON TSETIS”, an institution dedicated to supporting the new generation of scientists. To date, the Foundation has awarded 47 scholarships to postgraduate, and PhD candidates in the health sciences. Her scientific and innovative footprint includes more than 120 patents and 48 published scientific papers, either as an inventor or in her capacity as CEO of OFET. In October 2024, within the framework of the international exhibition CPHI Milan, she received the prestigious “Woman of the Year” distinction in the global pharmaceutical industry, in recognition of her leadership in innovation and sustainable development. On November 1, 2023, the Tsetis Group was recognized as one of the six most competitive companies in Greece (Growth Winner) by Grant Thornton and Eurobank, among a total of 8,000 companies evaluated.
Both UNI-PHARMA and InterMed have been certified for four consecutive years (2023–2026) as Top Employers in Greece by the Top Employers’ Institute, making them the only Greek pharmaceutical companies to achieve this distinction.
