Speaker Bio

Charalampos Pampoukis holds a degree of general education and of higher education from Université Paris I – Panthéon – Sorbonne, France, and a doctoral degree in Law from the Sorbonne School of Law, France.

Mr. Pampoukis was a member of the Greek government, including as Minister of State to the Greek Prime Minister and as Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Greece. Mr. Pampoukis has been honored with the order of merit of “Commandeur de la Legion d’ Honneur” by the French government.

He is a Professor of Law at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece since 1991 and a partner at Pampoukis Maravelis Nikolaidis & Co. Law Firm since January 2004.
He is also a director of the Hellenic Institute of Foreign and International Law, Greece since 2020, a member of the Athens International Airport, board of directors since June 2016, a member of the board of directors of Aktor Group of Companies since July 2022 and a member of the board of directors of Alter Ego Media since October 2024.
