Konstantinos Kyranakis (born April 19, 1987) holds a law degree from the University of Athens and has completed postgraduate studies in strategic communication at the American College of Greece. He has worked as a freelancer in digital marketing, website development, and application creation. He was a co-founder of the BrainGain initiative, which aimed to encourage young people to return to Greece. From May 2013 to May 2017, he served as President of the Youth of the European People's Party. In January 2017, the international magazine Forbes included him in its 30 Under 30 list of the most influential young people in Europe in the Law & Policy category. He was first elected as a Member of Parliament for the Southern Sector of Athens in the 2019 parliamentary elections and was re-elected in the elections of June 25, 2023. He previously served as Deputy Minister of Digital Governance and, as of March 15, 2025, has assumed the role of Alternate Minister of Transport.
