Speaker Bio

She is the founder of Research Lab Asia which provides research solutions for trade and infrastructure in the emerging markets and the Global South with a focus on GVCs and supply chains, investment in infrastructure for manufacturing and digital economy, and connectivity among economic clusters in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Pacific. Her Important works include Asia-Africa Growth Corridor, Asia-Europe Connectivity, and new supply chains in Indo-Pacific. She is developing the research framework for India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC) with a possible extension to North and East Africa. Earlier, she was at the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) and with the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. Her policy research and development solutions focus on India, ASEAN, East Asia and Oceania, Africa and Europe. She teaches changing geo-strategic relations and emerging economic architecture in the Indo-Pacific, including the LDCs and SIDS. She Continues to work for the ASEAN, G20, and G7.
