Sivaaji De Zoysa is Founder & Managing Director of GAIA Greenenergy Holdings / Gaia Greenenergy Group (GGG), a Sri Lankan renewables platform delivering a provincial PPP model for rooftop solar. Working with seven provincial councils, GGG aggregates 7,500+ rooftops—mainly schools, hospitals and public buildings—under 20-year operating agreements and shares 15–16% of top-line revenue with provincial councils to support public institutions.
