Susan Glasser is a staff writer for The New Yorker, author of its “Letter from Trump’s Washington” and co-host of the magazine’s podcast “The Political Scene.” She previously served as Moscow co-bureau chief for The Washington Post and covered the early months of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. She has also been the top editor of Politico and Foreign Policy and co-author of three books with her husband, Peter Baker, most recently “The Divider: Trump in the White House, 2017-2021.”
